Yoga Nidra Among the Flowers
Join us for a lovely evening of Yoga Nidra Among the Flowers! The lights will be dimmed, candles will be lit, soothing music will be playing, and Sandi of Inner Serenity Wholistic Wellness will be guiding us through a 'conscious state of sleep.' If you can lie down, you can practice Yoga Nidra!
Tickets are $20 each, and class will be held from 6:30pm-7:30pm on Wednesday July 16th at Found & Flora.
You are welcome to bring a yoga mat, blankets, and pillows to keep you comfortable throughout the evening.

F + F Kids' Summer Floral Design Class
Let your child’s creativity bloom this summer! Open to kindergarteners and up, this fun and hands-on floral design class offers a behind-the-scenes look at how a flower shop operates and teaches the basics of floral arranging. Each child will create their very own arrangement to take home, along with inspiration to keep creating using the skills they've learned.
$10 Ticket to include: instruction from the F + F design team, fresh floral stems, and a reusable vase.

Wahoo Dance Academy Recital Pop-Up Flower Shop
Found & Flora will be popping up during both Wahoo Dance Academy recital days with bouquets available for purchase for your favorite dancer(s).
Order through Saturday May 17th by stopping by the shop or by giving us a call at (402)443-1117. Please note: custom orders will not be available for pick-up at the event. All custom orders will be ready for pick-up at Found & Flora on your designated pick-up day.

Gather with other loss moms to design bouquets for Bereaved Mother's Day. Sign up for your preferred 30-minute time slot below to design your arrangement of remembrance under the guidance of an F + F designer. $25 ticket to include: direction from an F + F designer, a flower stem bundle, and a vase.
