Looking for a fun weekend job in a creative environment? Found + Flora is looking for a friendly, dependable Saturday Crewmate to join our team.
If you enjoy talking with people, love flowers and plants, appreciate beautiful things, and aren't afraid to stay busy, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do
Welcome customers with a smile
Help shoppers find the perfect flowers, gifts, plants, and home décor
Operate the cash register and process purchases
Wrap gifts and package floral orders
Water plants and help care for fresh flowers
Restock merchandise and keep displays looking beautiful
Help keep the shop clean, organized, and inviting
Occasional flower deliveries
Help host weekend in-shop events
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
Friendly and outgoing
Reliable and on time
Eager to learn
Comfortable talking with customers in person and on the phone
Creative and detail-oriented
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Able to lift up to 30 pounds and be on your feet during your shift
Schedule
Two Saturdays Per Month
Shift options: Full Day 9am-5pm with 30 minute paid lunch —OR— Half Day 9am-1pm, 1pm-5pm shifts available
Extra hours may be available during holidays, school breaks, and special events.
No floral experience? No problem! We'll teach you everything you need to know. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are what matter most.
