Full Time Delivery Driver + Front of House Team Member

Job Title: Delivery Driver | Front of House Team Member - Full Time (40 Hours / Week)

Job Summary

The Found & Flora Team is seeking an enthusiastic and dependable weekday Delivery Driver who performs with excellence both behind the wheel and at the front counter. This individual ensures that our floral deliveries arrive safely and presented with care. When not delivering, this individual helps manage incoming calls, engages directly with customers, and assists with a variety of tasks and errands to support day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely deliver arrangements, plants, and gifts within our designated delivery zone (Wahoo, Mead, Ashland, Ceresco, Valparaiso, Ithaca, Prague, Colon, Touhy, Cedar Bluffs, Weston, Yutan) with provided delivery van

  • Plan efficient delivery routes

  • Provide courteous, professional customer interactions, both in-person and over the phone with strong communication skills

  • Help with in-shop tasks between deliveries including, but not limited to, front-of-house customer service, washing buckets, processing flowers, breaking down cardboard, watering plants, filling delivery van with gas, running errands, and maintaining shop cleanliness, etc.

  • Log fuel receipts and report any vehicle or delivery issues promptly

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

·         Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

·         Strong customer service and communication skills

·         Reliable, punctual, and adaptable

Preferred:

·         Experience in a customer-facing role

·         Familiarity with basic plant care

Hours, Compensation & Benefits

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (No weekends)

  • Hourly Wage: Commensurate with experience

  • Perks & Benefits: PTO, Paid Holidays, 45-minute lunch break (30 minutes paid)
